Meet Harpeth's Owner
I’m Chris, the owner of Harpeth Hair Co. I’m a Christ follower first. My faith shapes the way I lead, the way I serve, and the way I care for my team and the people who walk through our doors.
I’m originally from California where I owned multiple small businesses, and each one has deepened my passion for community, hospitality, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely valued. Harpeth Hair Co. is the place where all of those experiences come together in a way that feels purposeful and personal.
I believe deeply in the power of confidence — the kind that goes beyond the mirror. I believe in building confidence from the inside out. My heart is to help men and women see what they don’t always see in themselves — their beauty, their strength, and their potential.
Outside the salon, I’m a wife, a mom with two amazing kids (ages 16, 23), and a dog mom to a Shitzu with lots of personality. My family keeps me grounded, inspired, and grateful.

Ariann
Ariann is a powerhouse stylist, confident in all things color, cuts, and blonding. As a Master Stylist and Harpeth’s Salon Manager, she keeps everything looking its best, including her clients’ hair, and would love to welcome you to her chair. Originally from California, Ariann honed her skills in blonding, so if you’re searching for a California stylist who truly understands color and blondes, she’s the one for you!
Curt
Curt, a Tennessee native, offers the sharpest men’s grooming, clipper cuts, razor cuts and beard trims, in Middle TN. He’s in every other Wednesday, so book an appointment in advance to snag your spot!
Tara
Tara is a seasoned cosmetologist with more than a decade of experience serving clients throughout Middle Tennessee. Known for her precision haircuts, modern color techniques, and expertise in extensions and keratin treatments, she brings both artistry and consistency to every appointment.
A former salon owner, Tara blends creative skill with a deep understanding of salon operations and client care. Her warm approach, thorough consultations, and commitment to high‑quality results have helped her build long‑lasting relationships and a loyal clientele. Whether she’s crafting a fresh cut, transforming color, or enhancing natural beauty with extensions, Tara creates a personalized experience that leaves every guest feeling confident and cared for.
Rizo
Rizo brings a fresh energy and genuine passion to every service she provides. Clients seek out Rizo for a great blowout as well as color, cutting, styling, and waxing, her attention to detail and dedication to her craft make every client feel seen, cared for, and in great hands.
Katie
Kaite is a Nashville-born and raised hairstylist specializing in blonding, highlights, root-touch ups, and polished blowouts. She is passionate about creating customized looks that enhance your natural beauty while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Her goals are to provide a welcoming, relaxing experience with results that leave you feeling your absolute best.
Outside of the salon, she enjoys attending concerts, spending time at the lake, cooking and being with her cats and dog. Katie looks forward to welcoming you in.
